- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at/below -18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating at/above 60'C.
- 200ppm chlorine available in labelled spray bottles throughout.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 72.4'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- Food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
- Tools in drawers maintained in sanitary condition.

General maintenance and sanitation level satisfactory, except mentioned above.
