-Permit fee of $150.00 is still overdue. Ensure that it is paid as soon as possible.
All coolers were < 4 C, except for the one next to the dishwasher, which is going to be replaced. There are no perishable foods stored inside of that cooler.
Freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level.
The bleach sanitizer solution was at 100 ppm.
No evidence of pests, pest control is coming on site monthly.
The fly trap was moved away from a food preparation area.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
The light in the back room is going to be replaced with an LED panel light.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
