All violations in report#JCHY-CVDRHR have been corrected: -Vacuum sealer observed to be no longer on the premises and has been removed. -Inform operator facility is not permitted to repackaged raw seafood outside of its original packaging. No bagging of seafood. Facility only permitted to re-pack seafood in its original packaging from suppliers into boxes or labelling packed food from supplier.
