-Ham & Cheese Croissant

Operator indicates the items were transferred to the unit about an hour ago

-Preparation cooler has a few items double stacked inserts -sliced tomatoes/vegies/cream -items were prepared about an hour ago as per operator
Corrective Action(s): Do not store potentially hazardous foods at room temperature -store either cold at or below 4 deg C or hot at or above 60 deg C
