Reinspection based on previous inspection report.
- Food Storage: Improved. Ensure all food/ingredients are being stored in covered food grade containers. Cooked food items are to be kept stored above raw food items.
- Ensure all food contact surfaces/implements are washed and disinfected after use. All items are to be stored in a sanitary manner in order to prevent post contamination. Wiping cloths are to be stored in a sanitizer at all times, completely submerged. Limit the number of cloths being used. Cloth towels are not to be used to dry surfaces.
- Sanitation: Improved. facility is to be kept clean and organized. Ensure hard to reach areas (ie: behind/under equipment) is being cleaned regularly.
- Structurally: Ongoing. Continue efforts to keep all surfaces in good repair.
