-3 compartment sink satisfactory. 200 quat sanitizer available.
-Handwash stations are equipped with hot water, liquid soap, and paper towel
-Yogurt machine hoppers are well maintained
-Back cooler is measured at 4C or less
-Front chest freezer at -12C
-Ice machine is kept clean
-No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
-Food safe certificate is available and permit is posted
-Note food in front inserts are 6-8C. Insert of cheesecake pieces made with milk and egg are being held at 8-10C since the morning. This item cannot be verified to be a non potentially hazardous food and should be kept under 4C at all times, otherwise item needs to be discarded if left above 4C for more than 2 hours. Provide documentation stating that this product can be stored above 4C. Current batch was discarded.
