Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No food-contact surface sanitizer was readily available for use again.
Corrective Action(s): Repeated violation. Sanitizer solution must be readily available for use during all hours of operation. Mix 1/2 tsp of bleach per litre of water for proper concentrations. Note that repeated violations may result in enforcement actions in the future.

Comments

- Follow-up to routine inspection conducted on June 16, 2023. Many violations are still oustanding:

- Raw wood beams used to prop up/increase height of prep table by the walk-in cooler have not yet been sealed/painted.
- Operator has not provided invoices/labels for some unlabelled meat/seafood products in retail freezers. All food items available in retail coolers/freezers must have proper labels (company name, contact information, product name, date packaged or best before date, etc.).
- Reviewed manual warewashing procedures with staff again. Ensure all staff are properly trained in manual warewashing procedures.
- Ventilation canopy still requires cleaning.

A further follow-up inspection will be conducted on Monday, June 26th. Ensure all violations/outstanding items above have been addressed/corrected.
