Observation: Work not performed on either the grease trap or the counter as noted from previous inspection. Discussed with operator.
Corrective Action(s): Counter top and back splash to be prioritized for reconstruction work. Operator to complete within 2 month period and will email to confirm the work details. Make sure corrective work plan is a long-term solution.
**Grease trap is severely rusted, but not a direct or indirect food storage environment. no longer used for equipment storage. Reconstruction work can be extended to longer term (6 months to 1 year), but watch for leaks as this is waste water and would pose a serious health hazard if the grease trap contents got into the kitchen area. Monitor closely.

Cooling units all below 4 C.
**Make sure staff provide pathways for air circulation inside all cooling units. Two of the units very fully with products which were not allowing cold air to easily move throughout.
Freezers OK.
Dishwasher OK.
Hand wash station OK.
General sanitation good in most areas of premises.
