Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUAT sanitizer bucket and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for warewashing. Preparation sink available.
Prep coolers and beverage display cooler, and walk-in cooler at 4C or lower. Under counter freezer measured at -21C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed. Monthly pest control company contracted. Ensure Pest Control reports are readily available on-site for inspector validation.

TO DO: Move under counter freezer to original approved floor plan (i.e.: under work station where blender is situated.) Corrected by: April 1, 2023.

NOTE: Ensure there is QUATs sanitizer bucket available at the back kitchen area when preparing food. Fill all QUATs sanitizer spray bottle to measure at 200ppm. Ensure all handwashing sinks are free from obstruction to ensure proper handwashing of staff.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
