ITEMS CORRECTED: - Rice paddles observed to be stored on ice - Sanitizer solution dispensing properly at 200ppm QUAT. According to operator the service technician advised the facility the low QUAT sanitizer levels are due to water pressure in the building. It is therefore extremely important to test the QUAT sanitizer solution each day.
