- Refrigeration units were less than 4 C (thermometer present) - Chickens probed and tested to verify cooking temperatures -Manual dishwashing using 3 comp sink is done on site. Mobile rack and SS table are used for drying dishware. - Deli slicers properly cleaned and sanitized after each use - Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels - Quats sanitizer tested to 200 ppm - Foods properly stored, covered and protected - Facility clean and well maintained -Facility has enough FS trained staff on duty * Discussed power outage procedure, and suspected Food poisoning process, a copy of Food borne illness complaint report will be sent via email to the store manager. Note: Signature of recipient on report not required at this time due to Covid19 safety protocols. Observation and issues are communicated with the site manger, a copy will be sent via email later.
