Permit to Operate was posted in a conspicuous location.
Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the spray bottle.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 71 degrees C or hotter at the plate.
Both coolers (in the kitchen and classroom) were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.
Coolers and freezer were equipped with thermometers.
A probe thermometer and thermometer for checking the dishwasher final rinse temperature was available.
Temperature records were being maintained.
FOODSAFE trained staff member in the kitchen was available onsite. Note: They must re-validate their FOODSAFE Level 1 training (e.g. FOODSAFE Level 1 Refresher Course) prior to July 29, 2018 as FOODSAFE certificates issued prior to July 29, 2013 expire July 29, 2018 (refer to the FOODSAFE website for details).
Staff member was aware of which children had allergies to food allergens and was aware of preventing cross-contamination issues.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
