Well maintained and operated. Sanitation is excellent. Refrigeration measures < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. Hot-holding measures > 60 C. Spray sanitizer measures 200 ppm Q. Triple sink is in use with the 1st compartment serving also as the hand wash sink. No recommendations.
