-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -23C.
-Hot holding of rice was greater than 60C.
-Hot hold tables are time tracked - foods are discarded if not served within 2 hours.
-Cooked foods rapidly cooled and were at 4C in the walk-in cooler.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until May 25, 2028.
