-Sanitizing sink at 200ppm quats
-dishwasher sanitizing at >71°C, dishwasher log in use
-Cooler logs in use, consistency improved
-Sanitizing bucket log in use
-No signs of pests.

***Sanitizing sink log has a lot of missed entries

***New stand-up cooler obtained for food has had some log entries >40°F according to supervisor + log, continue to monitor and service as needed

***Ensure floors around pest control stations are cleaned as well, regularly.
