The construction in the tasting room and offices has been finished. General sanitation is good. A high temperature dishwasher has been added to the tasting room. High temperature dishwasher reached 71 degrees C. on plate surface during sanitizing cycle. Hand washing sink is stocked with soap and paper towels Sanitizer spray bucket with 100 ppm Chlorine present at time of inspection. Ultra san chemical dispenser located in the back of the warehouse. All coffee stored on pallets at least 6 inches above ground. There was a pest problem but it has been contained since; the hole from next door where pests were coming from has been filled and then the traps have been empty since. Pest management plan in place.
