Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - One of the staff washroom was out of liquid soap in the dispenser
- Second staff washroom has no paper towel and liquid soap dispenser is not installed, soap dispenser is left on the sink
Corrective Action(s): - Refill soap and paper towel and install the soap dispenser in second handsink
- Ensure that the handsinks are available for your staff at all times

Observation: - Bowl used for scooping from bulk storage of rice
- Tray/bus pan with meat stored on the floor in wlak-in cooler
- Raw eggs in crates are stored on the top shelf inside walk-in cooler
Corrective Action(s): Use scoop with handle and ensure that the scoops are stored in a way that the handle does not come in contact with the food
- Store all food items off the floor to protect from contamination
- Store eggs on the bottom shelf

- Handsinks in kitchen (at two compartment sink, bar/servery area and back area) are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers are less than 4C
- Freezer is functional
- dishwasher is working. It is measured at 50ppm chlorine residual during final rinse cycle
- No evidence of pest activity
- Hot holding unit is greater than 60C

NOTE: Surface sanitizer is too strong. Prepared fresh solution by mixing one teaspoon of bleach in one litre of water ( or one tablespoon in one gallon), measured at 100ppm chlorine residual
