Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION: Low temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 0 ppm chlorine on plate surface.
Corrective Action(s): Operator relocated all the dishes into the 3 compartment sink and performed proper manual dishware washing.

Ensure to start a Sanitation log to check low temperature dishwasher chlorine levels (must be at least 50 ppm) on a daily basis.

Observation: Low temperature dishwasher had 0 ppm chlorine during the final rinse at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Operator relocated all items inside the dishwasher to the 3 compartment sink to perform proper manual dishware washing. DO NOT USE low temperature dishwasher until it has been repaired/replaced to ensure it is able to provide at least 50 ppm chlorine during the final rinse.
