Observation: Rodent droppings were observed under the counters in the front area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize areas affected with rodent droppings and monitor for pest activity. Inform pest control/mall of pest issues to prevent further infestation. To prevent future pest issues, use the following methods: maintain facility in a clean and sanitary condition; store foods off the ground and in pest resistant containers, remove organic waste on a regular basis, and remove standing water.

-Front prep cooler was at 2C (top) and 3C (bottom).
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Dairy stored on ice was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -20C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pail was at 200ppm.
-Blender container sanitized every 1 to 2 orders.
-Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-Ice machine clean and sanitary.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid March 25, 2028.
