Observation: Interior of ice machine requires cleaning and sanitizing.
Corrective Action(s): As previously discussed, more frequent cleaning is required for the ice machine. Ensure condenser panel and ice making part of machine is thoroughly scrubbed and sanitized. Start a cleaning log and ensure ice machine is cleaned and sanitized every 2 weeks.

- All hand washing stations were properly supplied
- Dipper well not in use at time of inspection; ice cream scoops were observed to be clean. *Reminder that the dipper well must be in use when ice cream scoops are stored in between uses (if not washed and sanitized in dishwasher after each use).
- All coolers were measured to be at 4C or colder
- Freezers were measured to be at -18C or colder
- All hot held food items were measured to be above 60C
- Liquid egg mixture was stored in prep cooler at time of inspection - good. *Reminder that eggs can only be stored at room temperature for 2 hours.
- Dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm chlorine to dish surface, detected after rinse cycle.
