Follow up inspection to report DSOG-ASBUS4
- General sanitation has improved. Build up of grease and food debris on the floors have been cleaned.
- Stainless steel can opener is in clean condition.
- The back handwashing station is easily accessible by staff and clear of any obstructions.
- The owner has paid the permit fee of $150.00, received confirmation via Visa statement. Waiting for the billing department to process.
- The door to the front beverage upright cooler is fixed and closes securely.
- The back vegetable upright cooler is measured at 4C. You must begin a daily temperature log immediately for all coolers, freezers, and hotholding units. The temperature log template was provided to the operator at the time of the inspection.
