- Metal rack holding meat grinder machine is soiled.
- Dust build up observed around the ceiling vents inside kitchen.
- Dust build up observed on the fan cover inside walk-in cooler.

- All freezers at - 11C to - 17C or below.
- Hot held rice & soup at 60C or above.
- High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above at plate level.
- Ventilation hoods panels in sanitary condition.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles & white bucket measured from 100-200ppm.
- Ice machine in sanitary condition.
- Monthly pest control by third party. Email the undersigned with a copy of the most recent report. *Install insect monitor traps inside the kitchen to monitor.
- Rubber seals by the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer have been replaced.
