Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishes and equipment used to cut meat are not washed and sanitized properly. Items like knives and cutting boards are required to be washed and sanitized properly. Operator has stated soap is not being used, but only bleach.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all food contact surfaces and equipment properly with the manual dishwashing method. 1)scrape 2) wash with detergent 3) rinse with water 4) and sanitize with 100-200 ppm bleach solution for 1-2 minutes and allow to air dry. 100 ppm bleach can be achieved by a 1:499 dilution ratio of bleach: 5ml bleach and 2.5L of water Date to be corrected: immediately

-Foods are obtained from Hazelmere, wescadia, and shams halal meat.
