Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing sink had a flat of eggs covering half of the sink and a full pitcher of water stored inside of it.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the hand washing sink is not obstructed at any time during food service operations.

Observation: Droppings found on the floor near the back door of the kitchen. Two dead mice found in the mouse trap kept underneath the stand up coolers next to the office area. The last pest control report was from November 30, 2017. This is not often enough.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all droppings and have pest control come on site within one week and provide the report.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Temperature records were up to date.
Pest proof containers used for bread storage in the back.
Regular cleaning is done underneath the cook line.
The dishwasher final rinse temperature reached 74 C at the plate level.
