- General sanitation of coffee bar area was satisfactory. *Some attention needed in hard to reach areas (cabinets, shelving, floor near waste bins) where some dust and coffee grounds noted.
- Liquid soap and paper towel present at handsink for handwashing
- Undercounter cooler was at 3C
- Quats sanitizer present and wiping cloths stored in solution. *Quats solution under espresso machine appeared slightly milky (from milk residue from cloth) and concentration was slightly slow. This was corrected at the time of the inspection. Ensure sanitizer concentration is being replenished according to timeframe in sanitation procedures and more frequently is solution is soiled.
- Dipper well in use for spoons
- Sanitation of ice machine appeared satisfactory; however staff unsure how frequently it is cleaned/sanitized. Ensure this is part of your regular cleaning schedule.
- No signs of pest activity within this area.
* Ensure cold brew is fully submerged in ice in ice bin.
