*Follow-up to inspection conducted on November 26, 2018 (Report MLOO-B6VV95)

- No observations of perishable foods stored at room temperature
- No observations of food stored in an unsanitary manner
- Rice scoops stored in ice water. Ensure ice is refilled as it melts.
- Some cleaning has been done in noted areas. Attention is still needed on the floors and walls underneath the cooking equipment. Ventilation hood to be cleaned also as grease build up is a fire hazard.
