Violation 306 has been corrected ( food contact surfaces, shelving in the front serving area, back storage/cooking and walk in coolers have been cleaned and sanitized ). Owner informed me that at the back, he will remove separation wall so the kitchen will be bigger. Only protect the food from posible dust contamination during this demolished process.
