Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Repacked foods stored with a cardboard cut-out in contact with the food. Cardboard cut-out appears to be from the original box which may have travelled and been in contact with unsanitary surfaces such as the floor, pallets, dirty hands, etc...
2) Handwashing practices not verified due to the inaccessible and improperly stocked handwash sink.

Corrective Action(s): Do not repack foods until health approval has been granted. Discard and do not sell repacked foods.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3 compartment sink is not set up or functioning according to the Fraser Health Dishwashing chart posted on the wall. Detergent is absent, drain plugs cannot be found, middle sink has black liquid back up, sanitizer for food contact surfaces not available.
Corrective Action(s): Do not repack foods or use any equipment, utensils, and food contact surfaces for handling foods.
