*Monitoring logs not being maintained. Record all cold holding and hot holding temperatures in the daily log when in operation. * Both baffles at the 3 compartment sink have temporarily been caulked to prevent leakage. Technician will be coming in next week to re-weld the baffles. *Owner stated he contacted our billing department and paid the outstanding health permit fee. .Front hand wash station repaired. Hot and cold water provided. Owner on site at time of inspection who has food safe level 1 Cardboard removed from back room shelving.
