Routine inspection conducted:
Currently, premises primarily serves alcohol and has prepackaged snacks. Discussed with staff on site regarding serving of samosas. Operator indicated that samosas will be purchased frozen, fully cooked, from an approved kitchen. An airfryer will be used (in the front serving area where the handwash station is) to reheat the samosas to minimum 74 deg C and serve them on disposable utensils/cutlery. Tongs and airfry basket will be washed/rinsed/sanitized in the 2 compartment sink in the back room as discussed. Approval is granted.
