Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One insert of creamers was stored at room temperature at the front reception area. Internal food product temperature measured at 18C. Operator stated they were taken out from the cooler 2 hours ago.
Corrective Action(s): Transfer the aforementioned creamers back to the cooler immediately. Creamers must be hold on ice when stored at room temperature. If cold insert is used, ensure cold insert is cold and switched every 2 hours.

Routine inspection:
- Stand-up cooler maintained at 4C.
- Stand-up freezer maintained at -18C.
- Hot holding units not in use at the time of inspection. Ensure hot food is maintained at at least 60C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in spray bottles.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer.
- Food stored above ground and organized.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.

*Ensure paper towels used at the hand washing station are installed on the dispenser.*
