Observation: Old rodent droppings observed on the floor and on the crates at the narrow space next to the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize affected areas with bleach sanitizer. Wipe up the droppings instead of dry sweeping or vacuuming to avoid disturbing the droppings, dust, and debris which may be contaminated with disease causing agents. Date to be corrected by: Immediately

- Ice machine has been cleaned
- Large hole by the back door has been sealed. Operator will address the gap underneath the back door as well.
- Low temperature dishwasher is functioning correctly - 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer dispensed

*Continue to clean regularly in all areas to prevent accumulation of food and debris. This includes floors, walls, handles, food contact surfaces, equipment surfaces. Ensure hard to reach areas are also cleaned (underneath and behind equipment).
*Remove all items not required for the operation of the business from the premises
*Keep all items required for the operation of the business at least 6 inches off the floor to allow for cleaning
*Provide recent pest control reports from past 3 months if available
