- The soap dispenser at the handsink in the front kitchen area is not dispensing soap **Ensure to stock all handsinks with liquid soap & paper towels at all times
- 200ppm QUAT detected in sanitizer bottles
- 100ppm chlorine detected in glasswasher at plate's surface
- High temp dishwasher achieved >71C at plate's surface
- Temperatures of refrigeration units are adequate
- Dry storage area is maintained in a sanitary manner
- Potentially hazardous foods by the grill are put on ice
- Pest control service is received on a monthly basis; as per the last inspection report, no new signs of pest activity noted
