√ Chemical bottles all labelled with contents
√ It was determined that the purple sanitizer/degreaser is being used on meat cutting boards and a rinse step is being done as per manufacturer's instructions
√ Gaps that were recommended to be sealed in last inspection have been sealed except for under/along corner shelving unit as the other side of the unit is open accessible. Traps were set up under that shelf and adjacent areas
