Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vegetable chopper had what appeared to be dried on tomato. Staff member on site stated vegetable chopper is no longer in use and has not been used for "months."
Corrective Action(s): Photo taken at the time of inspection. Chopper set aside to be soaked prior to manual ware washing. If chopper will no longer be used, ensure it is stored in sanitary condition at all times or ensure it is removed from the premises.

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. No hot water supply available at time of inspection.
2. Less than 50 ppm quats sanitizer detected in spray bottle that is labeled as quats sanitizer (located at front). No detectable sanitizer in spray bottle labeled as quats sanitizer (located with chemical storage at three compartment sink).
3. Detergent jug connected to dispenser is empty.
Corrective Action(s): Corrected during inspection: Closure order issued.
Hot water and detergent are required for proper manual ware washing. Ensure conditions of closure order are followed. Once hot water and detergent are available, ensure all equipment and utensils are properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized.
Spray bottles emptied, refilled with 200 ppm quats from dispenser. Reminder to ensure that sanitizer is changed as often as needed to maintain the required concentration for effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces (e.g. 200 ppm quats). Re-sanitize all equipment.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No hot water supply available at time of inspection. Hot water at the front hand sink faucet reached a maximum of 20 degrees C after running for over two minutes. Other faucets were tested as well. Staff and management confirmed there was a problem with the hot water supply.
Corrective Action(s): Closure order issued. Ensure hot water at a temperature of at least 45 degrees C is available at suffient quantity and pressure for operational needs.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. No hot water supply available at time of inspection.
2. Front and back hand sinks (only hand sinks on the premises) had no liquid hand soap.
Corrective Action(s): Closure order issued. Warm running water (minimum 38 degrees C), liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels are required for proper hand washing. Ensure all hand sinks are properly stocked to facilitate proper hand washing.
