3. Boxes and bags of food stored directly on the floor.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove stand-up freezers from the staff washroom.
2. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of space between the bottom rack of shelves and the floor.
3. Ensure all food is kept off the floor.
