-Follow-up inspection to February 02, 2023.
-Prep cooler has been serviced and was at 4C (top and bottom). Continue to monitor cooler and service or adjust as needed.
-Slicer was found to be clean and sanitary. Slicer blades are disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-Bleach spray bottles were properly labelled. Ensure containers are relabelled as needed.
