Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CGRQYN Bleach sanitizer spray bottle available during the inspection. 200 ppm chlorine residual detected in the spray bottle. Mop bucket was emptied at the time of inspection. Areas noted requiring sanitary attention are now noted sanitary. No more sticky buildup and residual noted on the floor in the back storage room. Walk-in cooler appeared clean and has no dried food spill debris. Counter and exterior of the cabinet unit by the slushee machine noted in a sanitary condition. No dust buildup observed beside the Ben & Jerry's ice cream freezer. Walk-in cooler and back storage room appeared to be more organized and clutter free. Please maintain your facility at the current standard. Thank you for correcting all violations. No further follow-up required at this point.
