All hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Clean smocks and hair nets worn by all employees.
2 cleaning rooms available for use. Clean in place for equipment using a 200-400ppm quats sanitizer.
Warehouse clean and organized. All food products stored off the ground and away from the wall. Lighting is adequate.
