Corrective Action(s): Food products are to be kept at 4 Celsius, cooling may be supplimented by using ice baths. The handling of ice bags, temporary placement of ice bags on food contact surfaces may allow the introduction of pathogens to food products. Is this process identified in the Food safety plan? Further discussion required if this bag use process has been identified as corrective measure. Contact Health officer
