Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ranch dressing was packaged in small take-out dresssing containers and stored in front cooler. The internal temperature of ranch recorded at 11C. Operator showed the bucket which was stored in the cooler and it has label stating 'keep refrigerated'. One of the ingredients noted is egg yolk. Operator discarded 28 containers of ranch dressings at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that cold potentially hazardous food is stored at or below 4C.

Observation: Front stand up cooler recorded at 11.6C.
Corrective Action(s): Service the cooler and ensure that it is able to maintain an ambient temperature of 4C or less. DO NOT STORE any cold potentially hazardous food in this cooler until it has been repaired.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of prep coolers and walk in cooler recorded below 4C
- Freezers recorded below -18C
- Hot holding unit at the front for pizza slices recorded above 60C
- All handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing. Bleach bottle and drain plugs onsite.
- 200ppm bleach concentration recorded in the bleach sanitizer spray bottle.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Operator has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp September 12, 2025).
- Permit posted at the front.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Pest Control Company conducts routine checks.
