Manager mentioned that cleaning was done for this produce cooler. Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the affected areas to remove the rodent droppings; Correct today. Violation Score: 3

Follow up inspection: -Manager stated that they have discarded the previously unsanitary/poorly maintained knife from the premises. -Knives and magnetic strip on-site were in a clean condition. -Floor below the tables was cleaned. -Floor of dairy cooler was cleaned and spills were not present at the time of inspection. -Pest control program is in place via Orkin twice per week at the time. -Please continue with the pest control program and regular monitoring of recent pest activity.
