Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potatoes, sweet potatoes, ginger, peppers and paprikas were very old and in bad condition.

Comments

- Improvement on monitoring of food quality is required. Fresh produce must be monitored each day before putting out for display.
- Deep cleaning under all shelves is required, especially along the walls
- De-clutter the back area. Remove all cardboard boxes that are not in use to prevent harbourage of pests
- Inspection by pest control company is recommended for flies and rodent activities
