Coolers - temperatures <40F. Hot holding - >140F. Cooked hamburger - >165F today. Temperatures records kept. Corporate food safety plan available. Hand washing - sink has liquid soap and paper towels. Disposable gloves also available. Staff wearing uniform and hair restraint. Food Safe (or equivalent) - Supervisor on site today has a valid certificate (exp 2027). Quats sanitizer - measured at 200ppm. Back storage room ok. Cleaning - see above. Pest control - monitoring and licenced pest control in place - ***Reviewed pest control report available on site.
