Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink near the front service area lacked paper towels. Staff informed the paper towel dispenser is not in good working order.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handsinks are kept supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels. Staff placed a roll of paper towels on the counter-top near this handsink during the inspection.

Observation: Paper towel dispenser at the handsink near the front was not in good working order.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the dispenser (battery may need to be replaced) to ensure it remains in good working order; Correct within 1 week. In the meanwhile, ensure to maintain a roll of paper towels on the counter near this handsink.

Comments

Other two handsinks were properly supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
Refrigeration units (front display cooler, under-the-counter cooler, and both upright coolers) were at or below 4 degrees C.
Walk-in-freezer and three under-the-counter freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
Food storage areas appeared clean and organized.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the spray bottle and second compartment sink.
2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at or above 71 degrees C (measured at 72.8 degrees C) at the plate level.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Ice machine is drained, cleaned and sanitized every two weeks according to staff.
Ice machine appeared to be in a clean condition and the scoop was stored separately.
Permit to operate was posted.
Staff with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 course training (expiration date: October 31, 2025) were present on shift.
