Staff informed it is broken and is not being used. Staff informed that she does not know why it is still on-site. PICTURES TAKEN. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION. Follow-up Inspection Conducted for report#JCHY-CV6Q9Z. The following violation in report#JCHY-CV6Q9Z have been corrected: -Observed all seafood pre-packaged from approved supplier with labels. -Staff informed that no seafood are to be re-packaged for sale. All packaging of food is to be done by supplier. Facility only permitted to packed already packaged food into another box. Correction Order Issued.
