Met with owner and the new floor plan for renovation has been approved. Discussed that the old layout and location of the 2 compartment sinks, is remain at the same location. Mop sink is available on site City approval for reno is issued It will remain as a convenience store. No additional services proposed at this time. Reopening planned sometimes in January, 2024
