**A written Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan need to be submitted to the health department. - Facility was not in production at time of inspection - General sanitation excellent - All equipment maintained in sanitary conditions - Walk-in freezer was measured to be at -19C, storing finished product and pita bread. *Note: A second walk-in freezer was not in use and not turned on - no food stored in this freezer. - Walk-in cooler was measured to be at 4C - Food storage practices satisfactory. All food covered and stored off the floor and covered. - Dry ingredient bins were observed to be clean and had tight-fitting lids. **Ensure scoops are not stored inside dry ingredient bins. - Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Staff washroom properly supplied - Bleach sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in spray bottle - Pest control in place, no signs of pest activity noted. **Please submit pest control reports from May and June 2018 to Ying.Tan3@fraserhealth.ca.
