Reviewed procedures for washing, rinsing, sanitizing, and air drying the chocolate trays. Using 1/2 - 1 tsp of domestic bleach in 1 litre of water and soak for 2 minutes to sanitize prior to air drying.
Procedures are posted on wall. Bleach is available on site.
Food from approved source - keep ingredient information for candy and food (ice cream) on site if not on individual label in case customers have questions about ingredients or require allergy information.
Freezer is available for cold food storage.
Premises is well organized (candy in labelled bins).
