This inspection done by an EHO student.

The following outstanding corrections from the last routine inspection are fixed.
1) Opened bag of flour transfered into pest proof container and stored in a cabinet. Proper scoop with handle noted inside flour. Scoop handle is not buried in flour --> Good practice.

2) Sugar water noted covered with lid a the time of visit. This will protect item from contamination.

3) Customer parking tape on stainless steel upright freezer is peeled off. No food splatter noted on the body of freezer.

4) Single use milk plastic containers used to store big chunks of ice in chest freezer have been replaced with food grade plastic containers with lids. This will enable proper washing and sanitizing of containers after each use.

5) Covid-19 safety plan is developed. However, no copy documented on-site or provided upon request.
Operator says a copy has been emailed to district Health Inspector.

NOTES:
-Ensure Covid-19 safety plan document is available on-site and also posted on the website if premise has a website.

-Operator is yet to purchase new chlorine test strip to verify concentration of bleach sanitizing solution each time solution is prepared. Test strip will be purchase on Saturday 2020/09/12 says the operator.
